Returns

Return policy - BREA will accept returns completed within 14 days of delivery of the order. We will not refund returns postmarked after 14 days. 

Clearance items: 

All clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned. 

Manufacturer's defect or incorrect item:

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service immediately at customerservice@breaboutique.com. We must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your order. If we have the same item and size available, we will exchange, otherwise we will refund your money. Information regarding refunds is listed below. 

Returns:

Any returned item must be in its original condition with all original tags attached, the packing slip, original packaging and no signs of wear or neglect. 

Brea does not provide return shipping. 

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Please allow up to 7 business days, depending on your individual credit card or bank, for the processing of payment for your return. The money will be refunded to the original form of payment. If there is a delay in credit to your account, please first reach out to your bank or credit card company. 

Please do not return an item if the above criteria are not met. We recommend you use delivery confirmation and obtain a tracking number for returned merchandise. Brea is not responsible for lost goods.
